The Bromance Begins: Ranveer Hugs it Out With Ranbir-Katrina at Arjun Kapoors Birthday

Bollywood actor Arjun kapoor, who turned 30 on June 26, threw his colleagues and friends from Bollywood a party to remember in Mumbai the following evening.

Conspicuous among the celebrity guests were actors Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh, Sonam Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Aditya Roy Kapoor and filmmakers Karan Johar and Ayan Mukerji.

Arjun’s best buddy Ranveer Singh welcomed guests. The actors co-starred in 2014’s Gunday together, and have remained good friends since.

There were the beginnings of a bromance between Ranveer and Ranbir. The two embraced each other warmly the moment Ranbir got off his car.

 

  Katrina and Ranveer followed suit.


 

There was also no sign of Ranveer’s rumoured girlfriend, actress Deepika Padukone. Ranbir and Deepika briefly dated a few years back and broke up amid rumours of infidelity. A vengeful Deepika had taken potshots at her errant boyfriend on Koffee With Karan, on which she and fellow guest Sonam Kapoor made Ranbir the butt of rather embarrassing jokes.

That’s all water under the bridge now, it seemed.

Clearly in high spirits, Ranbir, Ranveer, Arjun and Karan Johar happily posed for pictures together.

It was laughs a-plenty for Sonam and Jacqueline who giggled and pouted like a pair of school girls as they posed for a picture with KJo.

Producer Manmohan Shetty’s daughter Aarti, a part of Ranbir and Karan Johar’s inner circle, Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor and Arjun’s younger sister Anshula Kapoor were also spotted having a good time.
