War veteran Wing Commander DK Karnik has refused to join function in protest against delay in implementing ‘one rank one pension’
New Delhi: Two war veterans have boycotted a function where they were to be felicitated by Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar. Wing Commander SD Karnik and Wing Commander Bhopadekar are protesting against the delay in the proposed “one rank one pension” scheme for the armed forces.
